East African Street Chili (Pilipili Mwitu)
Ingredients
Scale
¼ cup red chili flakes
¼ cup of salt
1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
Instructions
- Pour your teaspoon of sugar into a spice grinder and grind into a powder consistency.
- In the spice grinder, add all your remaining ingredients and grind until all the ingredients are fine and well combined.
