Sinigang is a soup or stew native to the Philippines, and it is characterized by its savory flavor thanks to the tamarind paste soup base. Chef and on-screen personality, Tiana Gee, shares her family recipe for salmon sinigang, and there’s one thing she stresses above all else: always make a big pot, because you’ll always want to go back for seconds!
