60ml Vodka
30ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Vanilla Syrup
15ml Fresh lime juice

Instructions
- Prepare a high ball glass with crushed pineapple and mint in the base.
- Put ice in a shaker.
- Add pineapple juice, vanilla syrup, fresh lime juice, and vodka.
- Shake for at least 30 seconds.
- Fill the prepared high ball glass with crushed ice.
- Pour the drink. Garnish with mint and a slice of pineapple.
